How does it work?

Our Pick-up and Return Service is simple and effective

1. Schedule your pick-up or delivery appointment:

  • Contact us to arrange a pick-up or delivery appointment at a time that suits you best.

  • Our courier will come to your location at the agreed-upon time to pick up the defective device, or you can take the package to a PostNL Parcel Point.

2. Securely packaged:

  • Pack your device properly

    Make sure your device is turned off before you start.

    1. Place your device in a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage during transportation.

    2. Include any accessories, such as chargers or cases, in the packaging to keep everything in one place.

    3. Fill the empty space in the box with packing material, such as bubble wrap or newspaper, to prevent the device from moving during transport.

  • Attach the shipping label

    1. Seal the box securely and use strong tape to seal all openings.

    2. EasyComp Zeeland will provide you with a shipping label via email. Print this label on a blank sheet of paper.

    3. Attach the shipping label clearly to the outside of the packaging. Ensure that all information, including the address and barcode, is fully legible.

  • Wait for us to come pick up your device or take the package to the nearest PostNL Parcel Point.

3. Repair by experts:

  • Our highly skilled technicians will carefully inspect your device and perform the necessary repairs using the latest technologies and original parts.

4. Fast return:

  • Once the repair is completed, your device will be securely packaged and sent back to the address of your choice.

5. Easy payment:

  • You will receive a detailed invoice for the repair, and you can pay using the payment method of your choice.
