When you call us, you will always first speak to a staff member.
If no staff member is available at that moment, you can choose from two options:
You speak with CompAnnie in a normal, human way. No bleep-bloop robot like you hear at some companies, but a regular conversation as if you were talking to a real person.
Don’t make a choice? Then you can record a message. A staff member will call you back later the same day.
Customers with a maintenance contract are, based on caller ID automatically routed to their dedicated contact person.
Automation can be efficient, but we fully understand that not everyone is comfortable with it.
That’s why human contact always comes first with us: digital where it helps, personal where it’s needed.
At the bottom left of every page, you’ll see a circle. This is a so-called widget.
When you click it, CompAnnie appears as a clear pop-up menu.
